City Park is a public space so is generally open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Please note, the space is sometimes closed to allow us to set up events.
The fountains generally run from 8.30am to 8pm but may be turned off without notice for reasons such as ice risk, hazardous materials, public safety or maintenance.
